Historically, the vaccine experience was designed for vets and it was out of touch with what pets and their owners expect today. Similar to trends in the healthcare industry, expectations have grown to feel cared for on both the emotional and physical levels. Elanco’s goal was to redefine the vaccine experience for pets, pet owners and vets, creating a more positive experience through a cohesive brand strategy.
