Optum Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides in-the-moment support and resources for the everyday needs of corporate employees worldwide. For years Optum had used minimally branded, internally produced materials to promote the program. This project reinvented those materials to create a more welcoming experience to the employer-provided offering dealing with sensitive topics. Using a diverse cast, we created a system that could be flexed for any of their EAP clients worldwide.
